The last two weeks have been a WAKE UP CALL. I found myself at a loss for words. It became clear that it’s time for LISTENING and LEADING. You don’t need to feel guilt or shame in order to take more RESPONSIBILITY and be part of the solution. People look to leaders in times of crisis. You don’t need to be the most informed about the history and happenings of racial injustice in order to be a helpful ALLY.
