This October, initiated men from Compass and Threshold return — not to learn something new, but to remember who they became and carry it forward together.

This gathering is a return. To brotherhood. To the land. To the fire. To the path you said yes to.

This is not a workshop. Not a seminar. Not a surface-level retreat.
This is a brotherhood gathering of initiated men — a space to reconnect with your power statement, be witnessed in where you are now, and reignite the embodiment of your initiation.
You won’t be taught who to be.
You’ll be reminded of who you already are.
Sedona holds something. The land speaks to men who are ready to listen.
Over the weekend we move between structure and openness — camping under the elements, time on the land, fire circles, council, brotherhood conversations, mirroring and integration practices, and space for the stillness that real presence requires.
Not intensity for its own sake. Depth. Truth. Real connection.
Initiation is not a moment. It’s a path.
And without brotherhood, that path becomes harder to walk.
The man you became during your initiation is still here. He’s been waiting for the men who witnessed him to gather again.
This is where you come back to him.
This gathering is by invitation only — closed to men who have completed Compass through Rising Man Movement or Threshold through Modern Renaissance Man and have been initiated into the Order of the Red Bandanna.
No exceptions. The container is held by who is in it.
